COMPANY
We built SilinRecruit because finding work in South Africa is harder than it should be.
And finding the right person is just as hard.
Silintithia is a South African software company. We build tools for Africa's workforce: for the people doing the hiring, and for the people looking for work.
SilinRecruit is our answer to a problem we watched play out for years: recruiters buried in CVs, job seekers sending applications into the void. The match is often already there, the tools just weren't connecting the right people.
We built the platform we wished existed. AI-powered matching, fair pricing, real South African context: Employment Equity, POPIA, plain-language email notifications. The things the global platforms don't understand about how hiring works here.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
Our values
Transparency first
Match scores come with breakdowns. Pricing is on the website. We say what the AI does and doesn't do.
Built for South Africa
B-BBEE filtering, a POPIA-based consent model, ZAR pricing, plain-language email notifications. We didn't bolt these on; we designed around them.
Honest about limitations
The AI finds the shortlist. You make the hire. We're a tool, not a replacement for human judgement.
No tricks, no dark patterns
Job seekers are free, always. Unused credits don't expire. Cancel anytime. We make money when recruiters make good hires.
THE SILINTITHIA FAMILY
Two products, one mission
SilinTrade
Connecting people with trusted, vetted tradespeople.
SilinRecruit
AI-powered talent marketplace for South African recruiters and job seekers (this product).
Both are South African-built, South African-run, for South African conditions.
THE TEAM
The people behind it
SilinRecruit is built by Silintithia, a South African software company. We build workforce tools for the South African market, not adaptations of something built for San Francisco.

Founder · Silintithia (Pty) Ltd
Built SilinRecruit after years of watching South African businesses struggle to find the right people, and talented people struggle to get seen. The platform is the product of that frustration.
