Our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, this manual, our public pricing and our marketing pages are on this website.
These records are not automatically available. Access is by request under PAIA.
We process personal information to run a recruitment marketplace and workforce tools, to bill customers, to give support, to keep the platform secure and to meet legal duties. The people concerned are job seekers, recruiter users, workers placed with recruiter organisations and website visitors. We share information with PayFast (payments), Anthropic (AI features), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in Johannesburg (hosting), Backblaze (encrypted database backups) and our email provider, and with a recruiter who unlocks a job seeker's profile.
Our primary database is in South Africa. Our AI provider and backup provider process information outside South Africa. See our Privacy Policy for the safeguards. We protect information with encrypted connections, hashed passwords, restricted staff access and encrypted database backups.
We may refuse access only on the grounds PAIA allows, such as protecting another person's privacy or confidential commercial information. If we refuse, you may complain to the Information Regulator or apply to a court.
